I was very fortunate to have been raised with a fit lifestyle at a very young age. Starting karate at the age of two and becoming the youngest black belt in my style in Canada. Today I hold a second degree black belt.
Throughout my school years I was involved in many sports. By the time I was 16 working out at the gym became one of my favorite things to do. If I wasn’t training, I was teaching karate or helping others achieve their fitness goals. Once I had children that didn’t change, they came to the gym with me so much that I was featured in the Oxygen Fitness magazine as a “Fit Mom.”
Today I am a home-based entrepreneur with a very busy schedule, a mother of three children who are also following my footsteps with fitness.
People Often Ask… “How do you stay so fit?”
Here’s My Secret:
I keep my workouts fun and short but effective, (I don’t have time for long workouts).
My workouts are always different, (my body is always guessing).
I make fitness a priority, (the dirty dishes will always be there!).
I eat healthy (most of the time) & I do not believe in the word “Diet”!
I drink a healthier coffee before every workout as it gives me that extra energy boost.
Here’s The Truth:
You do not need to workout 7 days a week!
You do not need to exercise hours at a time!
You do not need to go to a gym!
You do not need a bunch of fancy equipment!
You do not need a lot of space!
You do not need a lot of money!
You do not need to go on a very strict diet!
You do not need to already be fit to start!
All you need is to make a real DECISION to live a healthier lifestyle. Make it a priority, follow our fun fitness plan and nothing is going to stop you from achieving your goals.
