The Do Life Fit 24 Day Challenge is my very own fitness plan that I have been using for years and now sharing with the world. It’s designed for you, to help you lose weight, build shapely muscles, and get fit for life.
No gym or large space is needed for this program. You will be able to do this with very little equipment. Of course it can also be done at the gym. All workouts are quick and range from 8 minutes to 60 minutes max.
This challenge will help you switch up your routine by giving you something new with detailed workouts to accomplish each week. These workouts will tackle different areas of your body, keeping those muscles guessing and the calories burning. You will start to actually see the results you want!
